The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm on Sunday May 4th at The Hershey Gardens—170 Hotel Rd, Hershey, PA 17033.

There is plenty of parking at the gardens, and the location is wheelchair accessible. We'll have signage directing you straight ahead to the gazebo from the conservatory entrance. The venue is closed to other visitors and events starting at 5pm, so you should have no trouble finding us!

Both the ceremony and reception will be outside. If there's rain, we'll move the ceremony under the reception tent.

We also have the Butterfly Atrium reserved for our big day! If you'd like to arrive early, the atrium will be open starting at 3:30pm, and you can walk through any time before it closes at 8pm.

After the ceremony, we'll make our way to the reception tent! Cocktail hour will begin at 5pm—there will be hors d'oeuvres, charcuterie, and an open bar.

Dinner will be begin at 6pm, and you have a choice of four different entrées in your RSVP:

- Beef tenderloin in a Cabernet reduction with mashed potatoes and broccolini

- Grilled organic farm raised salmon filet with roasted fingerling potatoes and asparagus

- Organic chicken breast stuffed with leeks, goat cheese, and prosciutto—served with green beans and polenta

- Grilled vegetable pasta with tomato sauce (vegetarian)

If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in your online RSVP or in the designated section of your RSVP card. We want you to feel comfortable and fed!

Come dance the night away with us wearing cocktail attire! Fun bright colors are encouraged (but totally not required).

Keep in mind the venue is a botanical garden, so there may be some walking in grassy areas. The reception tent is on a concrete pad, and there will be a dance floor.
